Hier mal ein paar Berichte darüber, bei welchen Shops man als Kunde im Internet verarscht wird.

Sehr geehrter Damen und Herren,

Hiermit fordere ich sie mit Frist zum 24.06.2009 auf, den Transaktionsbetrag von 44,50 EUR als Rückzahlung des Kaufpreises zu veranlassen.

Der Artikel wurde von mir am 2.05.2009 bezahlt und ist bis heute;  -trotz mehrfacher  Hinweise meinerseits nicht eingetroffen. Die Lieferadresse war korrekt.

Gemäß  § 474 Abs. 2 BGB trugen Sie als Verkäufer das Versandrisiko.

I became no answer about the wrong delivery: so i became no Turbo (4 caps) Euro 4,95 for what i´ve payed for.
